01 Choosing your plan
Choosing a plan is simply about deciding how much support you want. Some players are happy to explore clubs on their own with the tools we provide, while others prefer us to guide the whole process from start to finish. Whatever route you take, we don't disappear once you sign up. We're here to answer questions, point you in the right direction and make sure you always know what to expect next.
Pick the level that suits you, and we'll take care of you from there.
02 Building your profile
Nobody knows what you are capable of more than you! Which is why it is so important to have a profile that really shows your best qualities. Your playing history, position, level and other passions is vital information to clubs. But don't stop at rugby! Highlight your work experience, preferred role and let us help you build your strongest CV!
03 Securing your start date
Spaces are limited, and we understand you may sign up, a short while before you intend to go down under. Once you have your plan ready, just let us know the dates you would like to head out! We will work with you, to make this possible. We will always recommend arriving in Australia, before the season begins. But if that isn't an option, no problem! Players can join clubs mid season, and still out their stamp on the season. Our 6 week Placement Guarantee will only become active, when you let us know your intended start dates. So there really is no rush!
04 Getting matched with clubs
Whether you sign up as a regular roamer, or go pro, navigating your way around clubs couldn't be easier. Our club map gives a full visual of all our affiliated clubs, making it easy to pair location with the right team! If you think you have found the team for you, simply register interest. This will give clubs access to see your profile and share contact details. For regular roamers, from here, it is all you. You contact the clubs, and sell yourself in a way that they can't refuse! Pro Roamers, here you have it easy. Create a shortlist of your favourite clubs, and it is our job to get you there. Only when your in, will we out you in contact.
05 Starting the adventure
Once your profile is built, and your club is found, it would be easy to get complacent. But you're not there yet! It is important to get yourself prepared. This includes securing your visa, buying travel insurance and booking flights. But don't worry, we are here to help you every step of the way.
